Admission Process

TECHNO offers a two year full time program to all aspirants who have completed at least a three year Bachelor’s degree (10+ 2+ 3)(GEN 50%, OBC 50%, SC/ST 45%) in any discipline or its equivalent from a scheduled university. Candidates appearing in the final examination of a bachelor’s degree can also apply. The institute accepts CAT/ MAT/ XAT Scores and evaluates the students on the basis of its own Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

  • Transportation Charges will be decided according to the Route Chart based on Distance.
Documents Required for Admission
  • Valid CAT/MAT/XAT Score Card in original and a self attested photocopy.
  • Original mark-sheets and certificates of class X and class XII for verification.
  • Photocopies of mark-sheets and certificates of class X and class XII (self attested)
  • Character Certificate and transfer Certificate in original from the head of the institution form where the candidate has passed his/her last examination as regular candidate. TC and CC in original shall have to be submitted/surrendered at the time of admission.
  • Original Caste Certificate, Income Certificate & Domicile Certificate issued by competent authority for claiming reservation under Government Rules.
Guidelines for obtaining form

Candidates may obtain application forms on all working days from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on payment of Rs.1000/- in cash.


Candidates can download the Form and send a DD for Rs.1000/- in favour of “TECHNO INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT SCIENCES” payable at Lucknow along with filled form by post/courier


Candidates can obtain Hard Copy of Application Form along with Prospectus by sending a Demand Draft of Rs.1000 (Add Rs 100 for postal Charges) in favour of TECHNO INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT SCIENCES payable at Lucknow.

Rules & Regulations
  • If a student admitted to the Institute is found to have given any false information or suppressed some material information, his/her admission will be cancelled and fees will not be refunded to such a candidate.
  • Cost of Application Fee once paid is non-refundable.
  • The total tuition fee may be paid in equal half yearly installments. The first such installment shall be paid before the start of the session. No extension of time limit will be granted for the same.
  • The Institute does not take responsibility for delay in transit involved in receipt and delivery of any communication between the Institute and the applicant.
  • Students who are not able to secure 45% aggregate marks in their graduation exam after the admission is granted, will have to withdraw from the programme and no fee except general security deposit will be refunded.
  • A student should observe all the rules and regulations, framed from time to time by the Institute. Breach of any of these may render him/her liable for penalty under the rules and/or expulsion from the Institute.
  • The Institute reserves the right to alter the course content of the programmes, rules and regulations, teaching schedule, tuition fee payable, boarding and lodging fees and/or any other matter pertaining to its working. The Managements decision will be deemed as final in all such matters.
